One psychiatrist pocketed $750,000 from a drug company for giving speeches touting antidepressants. He also visited doctors in their offices to encourage them to prescribe these drugs to kids—even after the FDA had issued a black box warning for suicide for anyone under age 25.

Incredibly, psychiatrists have even figured out a way to benefit when disaster inevitably strikes. In the aftermath of multiple tragedies where psychiatric drugs are implicated, huge amounts of money flood into the coffers of psychiatric interest groups to “treat” traumatized victims.

Follow the money. The psychiatric drugging industry is an enterprise that rakes in nearly $50 billion a year. This rampant drugging greases the wheels of a global psychiatric empire that annually grosses $418 billion. Furthermore, by their own admission, psychiatrists are incapable of curing any of their patients. Let’s face it: psychiatry is addicted to greed and corruption.
